    haha, i just guessed, but kory would be a good coach, yall would be pushing the ball up and down the court old skool haysi ball, thats fo sure.

    the only thing that gets to me, is guys coaching who never actually played and seeing them yell and scream and knowing they dont have a clue.

    I don't think it matters who the coach is at Powell Valley because there will always be problems. Preston Mitchell was a great coach, takes them to Regions, and the parents at Powell Valley still didn't like him. Still, I don't understand why they hired Crockett. His previous coaching experience came from Appalachia which is not exactly a school known for basketball.
    The test is simple, if "your" team wins a national championship, do you get a championship ring? If the answer is yes, then you can say "we." If not, you can't.

    Coach Crockett had a pretty impressive record as JV coach while at Appalachia. I'm sure that figured into the hiring process. Seems like he even had an undefeated team one year.
